The Rosso di Valtellina, vinified in stainless steel, is a blend of grapes grown at different altitudes and exposures, to obtain a fresh, eclectic Nebbiolo to enjoy every day, the flagship of our philosophy

  • GRAPES: 100% Nebbiolo

  • VINEYARDS: Tresivio (SO), 480 – 550 meters above sea level, Buglio (SO) 350 - 420 meters above sea level

  • HARVEST: manual in crates

  • VINIFICATION: spontaneous fermentation without the use of selected yeasts, followed by a 13-day maceration on the skins

  • AGING: malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in stainless steel tanks for 20 months

  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.

VALTELLINA SUPERIORE RISERVA 2020 MURUNE’E

With Murunèe, the first Reserve of our winery, the vineyards reach nearly 700 meters in altitude. This is an essential characteristic for producing a Reserve with acidity, tannin and length of an old champion.

  • GRAPES: 100% Nebbiolo

  • VINEYARDS: Sondrio, loc. Moroni, two vineyards located at 660 and 690 meters above sea level. We are above the limit of the Sassella subzone, south-east facing.

  • HARVEST: manual in crates

  • VINIFICATION: spontaneous fermentation without the use of selected yeasts, followed by a 25-day maceration on the skins

  • AGING: malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging in French oak barriques and tonneaux (60% 4th-5th passage barriques, 40% 3rd passage tonneaux) for 24 months

  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.

Valtellina superiore docg - 2021

In our Valtellina Superiore, the grapes come from vineyards located at an average altitude of about 500 meters. It is characterised by a 12-month refinement in wood, using old barrels, to maintain high drinkability and a not excessive structure.

  • GRAPES: 100% Nebbiolo

  • VINEYARDS: Sondrio, Grumello (380-420 meters above sea level), Castione Andevenno, Sassella (400-430 meters above sea level)

  • HARVEST: manual in crates

  • VINIFICATION: spontaneous fermentation without the use of selected yeasts, followed by a 22-day maceration on the skins

  • AGING: malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging in French oak barriques and tonneaux (85% 4th-5th passage barriques, 15% new tonneaux) for 12 months

  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.

VALTELLINA SUPERIORE SASSELLA RISERVA 2021 SCIALESC

Scialèsc comes from a single vineyard in the Sassella subzone at around 400 meters in altitude. A Reserve characterized by the softness and silkiness of the tannins, so elegant that they can be appreciated right away.

  • GRAPES: 100% Nebbiolo

  • VINEYARDS: Castione Andevenno, located at 400 meters above sea level. We are in the Sassella subzone, south-facing.

  • HARVEST: manual in crates

  • VINIFICATION: spontaneous fermentation without the use of selected yeasts, followed by a 25-day maceration on the skins

  • AGING: malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging in 1 French oak tonneau (3rd passage) for 24 months

  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
